Myer is looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Specialist to manage Myer’s Employee Relations (ER) portfolio. This role is essential in coaching and supporting People & Culture Business Partners, providing expert ER advice, and managing complex employee litigation matters. You will be well-versed in interpreting enterprise agreements, preferably in a retail environment. This is a maternity leave replacement role for approximately 12 months.
