Representing the timeless luxury of Dior Beauty, you’ll elevate every client experience across skincare, fragrance, and makeup, while mentoring your team, growing the counter, and embodying the spirit of modern French couture.

About the role:

• Lead and inspire the counter team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through expert clienteling and follow-up
• Ensure the counter environment is impeccably merchandised, clean, and aligned with Dior’s brand standards
• Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, and inventory accuracy
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and professional growth
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty
• Collaborate with store management and Dior representatives to execute brand initiatives and promotional events
• Uphold Dior’s brand values, image, and customer service excellence at all times
• Foster a positive, professional, and motivated team culture focused on collaboration and high standards
