About the role:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service, skincare consultations, and personalised beauty rituals
• Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and ongoing follow-ups
• Ensure the counter is visually merchandised to Clarins standards at all times
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control with accuracy
• Report on sales performance and implement strategic actions to drive results
• Conduct regular team training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and service skills
• Uphold and promote Clarins brand values, image, and standards
• Foster a positive, professional, and supportive team culture
