Myer Digital is seeking Senior eCommerce Manager – Projects to lead and deliver strategic Digital Commerce initiatives that improve the customer experience and support operational excellence.
Working across Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, Technology and Operations, you'll partner with key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, deliver cross-functional projects and help shape the future of Digital Commerce through automation, customer self-service and process optimisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Operations, you will:
- Lead the delivery of strategic Digital Commerce projects that support business priorities and improve customer and operational outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders across Digital Commerce and the broader business to scope, prioritise and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Support the ongoing evolution of Myer's customer self-service capabilities, including Help Centre enhancements and initiatives that improve the customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process optimisation, automation and emerging technologies.
- Lead product enrichment initiatives that improve product content quality, scalability and digital discoverability.
- Facilitate business analysis, process mapping and solution design to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use customer insights, operational data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure outcomes and support decision making.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across Digital Commerce.
About you
You'll be a collaborative and delivery-focused leader with experience managing projects and building strong stakeholder relationships.
You'll also bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading projects or business improvement initiatives within eCommerce, retail or digital environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
- Experience in process improvement, automation or operational optimisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical outcomes.
- Experience developing business requirements and coordinating cross-functional project delivery.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms, digital technologies or website analytics tools will be highly regarded.
